Director Paul’s Message

Weekly Walaʻau: Middle School Alaka’i

Aloha kākou! This week, our middle school learners showcased inspiring initiative and creativity as they shared their PBL (Project-Based Learning) leadership proposals.

🚀 Middle School Leadership in PBL (Kuleana)

Our middle school leaders are currently moving through the proposal phase of their capstone PBL units, which are designed around authentic campus leadership and community improvement.

These projects embody Kuleana (responsibility and ownership) by asking them to identify a genuine problem and propose a viable solution. The rigor and depth of these proposals confirm that they are ready to be leaders and critical problem-solvers. We look forward to seeing these thoughtful projects come to life!

We wish you all a reflective and restorative weekend.

Me ka mahalo (with gratitude),
Po’okumu Paul
