Ms. Roxanne

Educational Assistant

Roxanne joined Alakaʻi O Kauaʻi as an Educational Assistant in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in education, community building, and digital engagement. Originally from Taiwan, she has worked with learners of all ages both locally and internationally, from teaching English to young children to mentoring communities in the tech and nonprofit sectors in APAC. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive, creative spaces that help students find their voice and confidence.

Roxanne moved to Kauaʻi with her partner and quickly fell in love with the island’s natural beauty and strong sense of community. In her free time, she enjoys ceramics, reading, hiking, and exploring new cultures through food and travel. She’s excited to support learners in discovering their strengths through project-based learning, emotional literacy, and meaningful connection.
