Director Paul’s Message

Aloha kākou!

We are excited to share a wonderful new addition to our campus culture: our new “Pueo Power” learner affirmations!

Created through thoughtful staff collaboration, these affirmations ground our keiki in Hawaiian cultural values while connecting directly to our core mission pillars—PUEO—Positive, Unified, Engaged, and Open-minded. These statements are more than words for our students to recite; they are living values designed for our haumāna to explore, discuss, and practice every day.

Our staff and facilitators are incorporating these affirmations through morning piko, classroom discussions, and daily recognition when learners demonstrate these traits. By living these values together, we continue to shape a positive, unified school culture rooted in Aloha.

Mahalo nui loa to our staff, families, and community for your continued support and commitment to our keiki!

Me ka mahalo,
Po’okumu Paul
